FAQs

How much space do I need for the perfect grow?

The grow tent is 3 feet wide by 3 feet long by 7 feet high. You’ll need to access the tent from the front and some room to set up the water reservoir outside of the tent. An additional 3 feet in front of the tent should work although a bit more elbow room is always nice.

How much does the entire set up cost?

The Tent set up is roughly $1,200, the Grow set up is roughly $500. This is the up-front cost and doing it right the first time is worth it! Every new grow after this is only the cost of new seeds, fertilizers and soil medium, roughly ~$50 per grow.

Do I need to buy a new Tent and set-up if I already have one?

No! You can use your existing Tent and light and just buy the rest of the “Grow” equipment. You can also shop around and use different products than the ones we suggest for your tent and light but we’ve tried a lot out there and recommend what we do because it works!

How much does it cost to do future grows?

After the initial set up cost each subsequent grow is much cheaper! You’re only going to be purchasing a few items for new grows, coco coir, pearlite, bio-tabs and seeds making each new grow less than $100.

How much will I yield?

This depends a bit on strain and how well everything works but you can expect between 2-4 ounces per plant x 4 plants = 8-16 ounces per grow, talk about paying for itself!

Does it smell?

The carbon filter effectively neutralizes any odor when the tent is zipped. However you will need to access the plants and unzip the tent, so while the carbon filter is very effective at negating the odor when the tent is closed it won’t be 100% effective all of the time as you’ll need some time with the tent open. That said, when the tent is closed and for the vast majority of your grow it won’t smell outside the tent! We recommend an activated charcoal filter with an in-line fan that filters the smell!
